1. Core Principle
We do not collect, store, share, sell, rent, or process personal data of players or visitors.
2. What “No Data Collection” Means
- No account creation or registration is required.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or behavioral profiling.
- No non-essential cookies or personal data in local storage.
- No requests for email, name, age, phone, or precise location.
- No behavioral or marketing profiles are generated.
- No personal data shared or sold to third parties.
3. Technical Minimality
Only transient technical interactions (memory usage, standard network protocols, delivery of assets) occur; nothing is stored as personal data.
3.1. Server Logs
We strive not to retain logs containing full IP addresses. Provider-level short-lived security logs, if any, are:
- Unused for user identification.
- Not combined with other sources.
- Rotated/deleted promptly per provider defaults.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Either none are used or only strictly necessary technical entries (e.g., a non-personal settings flag). They never leave your device.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Distribution platforms (Steam, Google Play, App Store, etc.) operate under their own policies. We do not receive their personal data about you unless a future feature explicitly enables it (currently none do).
6. Voluntary Contact
If you email us, we use your message solely to respond and then delete or anonymize it absent a legal retention need. Do not send sensitive information.
7. Children’s Privacy
Not directed to children under 13; we knowingly collect no data about children. Report any concern for prompt deletion.
8. Security
- Minimal enabled services and disabled unnecessary loggers.
- Regular updates and security patches.
- Design principle: no personal data tables/fields exist.
9. Your Rights
Typical data subject rights generally do not apply because no personal data is processed. If you voluntarily provided information via contact and want it removed, request deletion and we will comply unless legally prohibited.
10. Legal Basis
Zero data collection means obligations tied to processing personal data (tracking consent banners, DPIAs, etc.) are not triggered. Any future data-related feature will prompt a prior policy update.
11. Changes
Material changes (e.g., introducing accounts, telemetry) will be announced here with an updated date before activation.
